The following report presents the results of the final evaluation performed to assess the Stand Up Participate (SUP) program lead by Asian Media Access (AMA). Initially, we explain the program context considering racial breakdown in the corresponding sites. We then explain the SUP program’s intended outcomes, our evaluation methods, and project results. Lastly, we will
discuss the dissemination plan and the lessons that were learned through collected qualitative data, following up with recommendations based on the results of our assessment, and a
sustainability plan to aid in towards continuing the work of SUP.

The following report presents the results of the evaluation performed to assess the Stand Up Participate (SUP) program. Initially, we offer a context analysis that contains some of the
foundations of this community-based program. We then explain the SUP program by providing some background information, describing a stakeholder analysis and explaining the logic behind the programming. We also go through the evaluation framework which includes a statement of the evaluation questions, methodology, and limitations of the evaluation process. Lastly, we discuss the evaluation findings and provide some recommendations based on the results of our assessment.

With the idea of having a deeper and comprehensive understanding of how the Latino communities in Red Wing live under a rather though political environment, a group of leaders
were called by Hispanic Outreach (HO) to discuss the best ways in which business leaders, political representatives, police leaders, and community members and leaders could collaborate in facilitating better conditions among members of the different Latino communities who live in the city.
